RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to Caps, Beanie Sets, Rain Suits, Shirts, Shorts, Pants, and Jackets.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under clearance, discount, or special sale offers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defective product issues only, subject to stock availability.
  • Request for exchange must be raised within the return window.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Return Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request within the eligible period.
  • Once approved, instructions for pickup or shipping will be provided.
  • Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If a wrong or damaged product is received, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
